Large, choice Arabica beans, carefully roasted and ground in small batches, then packed in our new "Fresh Pack" bags to guarantee ultimate freshness round out our Premium Brand coffees. Because of the care taken in handling and packaging, these gourmet coffees have consistent strength, long shelf life and are easy to use.

The following is a list of our Premium Coffee Blends:
French Roast (1283 / 2 oz. - purple pkg. & 1212 / 3 oz. purple pkg.) - A very rich dark roast. This coffee is a good choice for people who like a cafe style coffee but want a somewhat milder version for all day sipping. Also available in decaf. (1259 / 2 oz. green pkg.)
Italian Roast (1284 / 2.5 oz. - red pkg.) - Our Italian Roast is one of our darkest roast coffees. The taste is distinct with a subtle smokiness. This is the coffee for people who enjoy very dark roast coffee.
French Vienna (1252 / 2 oz. - purple pkg.) - This coffee is a lighter roast than the French Roast, but but still has the complex taste of the French Roast. This is our most popular gourmet roast.
Mocha Java (1256 / 2 oz. red pkg.) - Ethiopian Mocha and Indonesian Java coffees combined to make the world's best known coffee blend. It has an unusual nutty flavor.
100% Colombian (1250 / 2 oz. gold pkg.) - An extremely popular coffee around the USA. More mellow than the cafe style coffees, it is a good compromise for heavy and light coffee tastes. Also available in decaf. (1258 - green pkg.)
Kona (1255 / red pkg.) - This is the only coffee produced in America on the Big Island of Hawaii on its Kona Coast. It is a medium roast with a delicious nutty flavor.
